Sacred Strategies Consulting LLC partners with faith communities and nonprofit organizations to navigate seasons of transition, strengthen leadership, and build sustainable futures grounded in purpose, clarity, and compassion.

Yvette brings more than three decades of experience as a financial executive, board leader, and faith-centered practitioner.  Her work is shaped by deep listening, practical strategy, and a belief that strong governance and thoughtful stewardship are acts of care for the communities we serve.

Over the years, Yvette has worked alongside congregations, mission-driven organizations, boards, and leaders who are discerning their next chapter — whether that means growth, renewal, re-alignment, or legacy planning.  Yvette views her role as one that walks with you, asks the right questions, helps you see the full picture, and support you in designing pathways that are hopeful, realistic, and mission-aligned.

Clients might describe my approach as calm, grounded, and steadying — particularly in complex or emotionally charged environments.   Yvette deeply values collaboration, believes in building strong teams and trusts that clarity emerges when we make space for honesty, courage, and imagination.

Because her work is rooted in values — not dogma — Yvette serves organizations across the spectrum: faith-based and secular, large and small, established and emerging. What matters most is shared commitment to community good, ethical leadership, and thoughtful decision-making.
