Meet Yvette

About Yvette-Michelle Wynn, CFP®

Yvette Wynn is a seasoned financial executive and strategic consultant with more than 35 years of leadership experience in banking and wealth management, alongside long-standing service in denominational, nonprofit, and community leadership roles.  Her background includes governance oversight, board development, organizational strategy, and endowment and investment stewardship.

As Principal of Sacred Strategies Consulting LLC, she integrates financial wisdom, governance excellence, and a values-centered approach to help leaders make thoughtful and informed decisions – especially in moments that matter.

In her free time, Yvette enjoys good conversations, laughing with friends and seeing new places.  Her travels include Europe, Asia & Africa. She visits Hawaii regularly and dances hula (Hawaiian dance), enjoys figure skating, tennis and a good long walk.  She belongs to several organizations including Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority Inc & Chief, a professional women’s organization.  Yvette also serves on several boards including Children’s Village, Estate Planning Council of Westchester County, Inc., Metropolitan Association UCC and United Church Funds (UCF).

Selected Achievements

  • As President of the Metropolitan Association (UCC), leads engagement across 50+ congregations to strengthen communication, governance, and support for building/property transitions.

  • Co-led the development of new Association bylaws to streamline governance and enable a more nimble, sustainable operating model.

  • As Chair of the UCC National Ministries Board (2019–2021), partnered with the General Minister and President and cross-setting leaders on denomination-wide strategic initiatives, including work with Conferences and UCC financial ministries.

  • Led the Estate Planning Council of Westchester County’s first-ever successful submission for National Association of Estate Planning Councils (NAEPC) recognition, contributing to the Council’s 5-Star designation.
